NayiChaal is a phygital (physical + digital), AI-powered ecosystem designed to transform mobility, accessibility, and crowd management in Varanasi—while honoring the cultural and spatial fabric of Kashi. Led by Prameya Consulting, the initiative brings together a cross-disciplinary team and strong local partnerships to co-create inclusive urban solutions.

 

NayiChaal equips civic authorities and empowers citizens—especially women, the elderly, persons with disabilities (PwD), and informal workers—through real-time data, accessible design, and tactical urban interventions, fostering a more navigable, equitable, and resilient city.
